Last week we had the honor of hosting the Secretary of State, and the Secretary of State for Wales. After a brief introduction to the work of Victory Outreach Pastor Richard showed Mr Smith around one of our men’s homes. Mr Smith commented on how he believed Rehabs like VO could become a model in the future to turn the tide of re-offending. Pastor Richard shared how important VOUK is combating the cycle of drugs and crime and how those in prison benefit hugely from its work. The meeting concluded with Secretary of State holding a Q&A with our residents who were keen to offer their opinion on helping broken Britain.

Lucy Bryson came to VOUK in a complete mess, a life of addiction and abuse which led to her becoming suicidal. After being introduced to VOUK Lucy gave her her life to Christ and now is the manager of one of our projects and recently she graduated with honour’s from Bangor University.

We were blessed to have the Bishop of Tewksbury visit our Animal Therapy Project. He was introduced to many of the young men and women whose lives have been transformed through the work of Victory Outreach UK. After the intro’s he was shown around the farm and spent time feeding the chickens! It was wonderful to have hosted the Bishop and we trust our relationship will continue!

This Saturday at 7pm Mount Pleasant Church, Hanbury Road, Pontypool Victory Outreach Church will be continuing it series on ‘Big Questions’ the speaker will be Pastor Richard Taylor and all are welcome. Doors open at 6:30pm

The Church launch was a great success, the evening began with worship and and preaching from our Director Pastor Richard. It was very moving to have Dinah Sansome MBE at the opening for her to witness the vision becoming a reality.

We are excited to announce Victory Outreach UK’s first church plant. We launch tonight at 7pm in Pontypool and will be meeting at the Mt Pleasant Church on Hanbury Road. Its open to the public and you are warmly invited for a evening of worship and inspirational teaching from our Director Pastor Richard Taylor. We will be launching our sermon series under the theme of ‘Big Questions’
